Information you send us
All orders and customer support happen on WhatsApp. When you message us, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the content of your messages. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy policy applies to how it handles your data on its platform.
The WhatsApp number shown on this website is loaded from our support configuration service, UKProviderNow, through this website's own server. Your browser does not contact UKProviderNow and no personal data is sent to it when you view a page.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, subject and message. The form is sent through this website's own server to our customer support system, UKProviderNow, so our team can reply by email or WhatsApp. Your IP address is passed on only to prevent spam and abuse, and is stored in a hashed form.
Orders
If you subscribe, we keep the details needed to set up and support your account, such as your contact details, chosen plan, number of devices, device type and payment confirmation. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use your data

We do not sell your personal data and we do not send marketing messages.
If you send us feedback on WhatsApp, we may quote your words on this website. We never publish your name, phone number, photo or account details, and we will remove a quote if you ask us to.

We keep enquiry and account information only as long as needed to provide support and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
